I am trying to move videos from a Facebook fan page to my YouTube channel. I do not have copies due to my own neglance. Does anyone know a way?

Before you could put a facebook username, you could find your ID in your profile URL. But now that I set a facebook username, I can’t find my ID in the URL and i need it for something. I never wrote down my ID before i set my username, so now, how do i find my facebook ID?
